EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Provides varied and advanced administrative and support services to the department. Welcomes and directs visitors; maintains designated calendars for conference rooms; sorts and distributes mail; prepares, reviews, distributes, and/or files routine correspondence, memoranda, letters, and reports; takes and distributes notes and minutes at staff and other meetings. Provides primary support to the department’s Executive Leader(s) as directed. Carries out special administrative or office operations projects; serves on interdepartmental teams for process improvement or other tasks. Answers phone calls, responds to general phone, email, or written inquires, and maintains department records and files. Works under general supervision. May work independently or with other workers responsible for the completion of assigned tasks.
REQUIRED: , and other administrative tasks. Must be punctual as this is a highly relied upon position.
On-site ONLY Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.
Selected candidate must be able to start contract ASAP.
