Resource's typical working day: " Covering Maternity Leave
" Data Entry, making database updates
" Listing Updates
" Marketing and Design Work
" Expense and Marketing Reporting
" Manage Marketing budget and Team budget & spend
" Sending Client Gifts
" Listing agreements and paperwork
" Verify State Compliance
" Mailing list accuracy
" Processing voucher for the team
" IN PERSON ROLE
" MUST be proficient in InDesign
" Does Admin and CS work, but also point person for marketing
Years of Experience needed: 2 years exp
Level of Education: HS diploma or GED, BA preferred
Systems/Software proficiencies: InDesign MUST, MS Office (calendar & Teams main use), Familiar with photoshop
Certifications/Licenses: Real estate license preferred (knowing terminology)
Top Must have Skills: Tech Savvy (comfortable with new apps), Organized
Top Nice to have Skills: Tech Savvy (comfortable with new apps), background in graphic design
Interview Process: 2-3 rounds, Over Teams and In person
