- Efficiently move cargo while minimizing costs and meeting deadlines.
- Consolidate and route shipments based on profitability and customer expectations.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries of location shipments.

- Monitor active shipments for key milestones and follow up as needed.
- Use departmental tools to execute daily responsibilities and improve operational efficiency.
- Achieve accurate and timely customer and service provider billing.
