Job Description
Scope of Position
Supports content marketing, online presence, and customer events. Responsible for maintaining an effective intranet by coordinating weekly articles and ensuring updated information is present on sales and marketing pages for all employees. Oversees marketing and information requests and disseminates tasks accordingly. Also assists with organizing customer meetings, ensuring an active presence on social media outlets, and the company store. Supports the global sales organization through the management and use of our Sales Enablement tools, internal resources, and project management tools.
Core Responsibilities:
- Write and create content for marketing initiatives
- Manage external website for Expeditors and subsidiaries
- Support maintenance of intranet site
- Work with regional teams to support customer events
- Support the management of our Sales Enablement tools
- Support the management of our internal resources and project management tools
- Support any team projects as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvement/new solutions
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, Data Analytics, or similar field
- Enjoys writing. Possesses excellent written and grammatical skills
- Demonstrates detail-oriented project management and time management abilities
- Produces high-quality work under tight deadlines and communicates complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient in full Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English
