ExpeDry is a growing restoration company looking to hire qualified estimating professionals. If you have 3- 5 years or more experience using Xactimate to creating estimates and have a spirit to serve others and a history of achieving great results apply today and start within a week.
Restoration Estimators work with owners and insurance professionals after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Estimator, you will be on the scene after property disasters to accurately scope projects and sign work for our production teams to complete. You will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of Xactimate experience REQUIRED
1 year of XactAnalysis experience
1 year or more of Project Managing Residential and or Commercial Construction Projects
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and scope jobs onsite
- Write restoration estimates in Xactimate to submit to insurance carriers or clients
- Manage change orders
- Communicate with insurance carriers and adjusters
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Xactimate
- Knowledge of water damage restoration field
- Experience in managing restoration reconstruction projects with insurance carriers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
