Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities.
- Budgeting & Scheduling: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Estimating: Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and project requirements.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in construction with a proven background in project management and estimating.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience: At least 5 years of managerial experience. LEED certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft products, and familiarity with bidding/billing software (Sage and Procore preferred).
