Drywall Estimator/ Project Manager
Lumicity is partnering with a well-established commercial drywall company located in the Chicagoland area, seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their growing team! The company is willing to train an Assistant Project Manager to their specific processes or bring on a Senior Project Manager who is eager to learn how they operate.
This role involves overseeing drywall construction projects, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The company works on a variety of commercial projects, including office buildings, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions.
Key Requirements:
- Must have drywall experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Proven experience in project management (Assistant or Senior level)
- Strong knowledge of drywall materials, installation, and finishes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Must be located in Chicago area
- Only candidates with drywall experience will be considered for this position (other types of project management experience will not be accepted)
