What youll be doing
- Oversee strategic clients across the Emerging with the goal of managing existing revenue retention renewals upsells and crosssells
- Continuously add to the pipeline of the Emerging by researching and understanding the trends of the Emerging
- Partner closely with your Customer Success counterpart to ensure business continuity and client expectations are met
- Anticipate client needs and industry trends to determine how to bundle products and build solutions to meet client requirements to expand their relationship with Experian
- Oversee GTM and crosssell strategies across your existing book of business to drive overall growth and success within the Emerging
- Help provide voice of customer and client feedback to internal stakeholders to help continuously grow Experians products and solutions
- Be the clients goto thought leader across the Emerging
- Effectively manage your existing pipeline within Saleforce to maintain 99% accuracy at all time
