What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Consultant - Health Remote position at Experian?
Reporting to the Technical Consulting Manager the Technical Consultant will configure both model and workflow deviations in the platform(s) purchased for implementation by the customer.
You will :
- Partnering with the assigned Project Manager lead and manage multiple technical product implementations and solutions with high quality.
- Collaborate with product engineering and other technical team members on delivery of key solutions for the customer
- Facilitate technical discussions for project integrations and technical solutions from onetomany technical applications.
- Provide technical business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solutions to be delivered to the client.
- Use internal tools to build / test clientfacing software and to troubleshoot issues / drive resolution.
- Support all testing activities with client (with PMO and internal team resources).
- Manage multiple product configurations concurrently with increased complexity including multiyear facility product client host systems and risk level.
- Consult in scoping multiple products to meet desired client measurements.
