We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Director to lead our performance marketing practice—someone who’s equally fluent in the technical nuances of paid media as they are in driving client outcomes. This senior-level role is responsible for overseeing the agency’s paid digital media efforts, managing a growing team, and serving as a strategic advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the Paid Media Strategy: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, and emerging channels.
- Client-Facing Strategy & Reporting: Serve as the senior digital expert in client strategy sessions, campaign presentations, and performance reviews.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing team of analysts and media buyers, fostering an environment of learning, accountability, and results.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate closely with creative, web, and content teams to ensure paid media aligns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Analytics & Insights: Oversee the development of custom dashboards, data visualization, and in-depth reporting across all campaigns, ensuring actionable insights are delivered to stakeholders.
- Budget Oversight: Manage media budgets efficiently and strategically across client accounts, driving ROI while staying agile.
- Platform Expertise: Stay on top of new platform features, beta opportunities, targeting capabilities, and compliance changes.
- Process & Tech Development: Refine agency-wide best practices for campaign setup, optimization, QA, and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media strategy and execution
- Proven track record managing media budgets of $500K annually across multiple platforms
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), and programmatic platforms
- Proficiency in performance reporting tools: Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, and/or Tableau
- Advanced experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing frameworks
- Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-level clients
- Experience managing or mentoring digital teams and working within cross-functional agency environments
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta are a plus
