Job Description:
As a Patient Care Coordinator/Scan Tech, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced practice. You will be the primary point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. You will interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds, so strong interpersonal skills and patience are essential. You will be the primary team member responsible for performing our neurological scans (it's really quite simple). You will be responsible for creating reports from the scans performed. Your ability to multitask and prioritize effectively will help our team maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning: Learn and assist with advanced neurological scanning technology.
- Create Patient reports based on scans
- Greet patients and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Assist in coordinating patient care, including communicating with the chiropractic team.
- Enter data from various sources into systems.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Facilitate billing and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in gathering content for our social media and marketing channels.
- Handle additional administrative tasks, such as filing and maintaining office supplies.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for patients and their families.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or natural and holistic care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with children and their families.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (desired, not required).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for promoting health and wellness.
- Must be open-minded, eager to learn new information, and challenge old belief patterns to grow and improve.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse range of cases.

Full Time Hours:
- Monday: 7:30-12:30 & 1:30- 6:30
- Tuesday: 10:30-1:00 & 2:30-6:30
- Wednesday: 2:30-6:30
- Thursday: 7:30-12:30 & 2:30-6:30
- Friday: 8:30-12:30
- Saturdays: Rotating one Saturday morning each month 7:30-11:30am
Part-Time Hours:
- Tuesday: 10:30-1:30 & 2:30 - 6:30
- Thursday: 7:15- 12:15 & 2:30 - 6:30
- Friday: 8:30-12:00
- Must be available 1 Saturdays per month from 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
