Job Description:
Corporate Director of Operations to lead the launch of a new high-end experience-driven hospitality brand. This role entails overseeing all operational standards, policies, and procedures across the lodges, as well as managing third-party operational relationships to achieve operational excellence and profitability. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Corporate Director of Operations will be instrumental in driving the indoor and outdoor experience strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and implementing operational processes that enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsabilities:
- Lead and implement the indoor and outdoor experience strategy.
- Ensure operational efficiency and maintain control of business operations across lodges.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for lodges and monitor performance.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring the attraction, motivation, and retention of top talent.
- Ensure alignment with company vision by implementing customer-centric operational processes.
- Oversee financial management and ensure strategies align with financial goals.
- Monitor and evaluate overall lodge performance, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines for service, quality, training, and product.
- Represent the company externally to shape the brand's expansion and evolution.
- Travel up to 75% of the time.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations, general management, or related roles with premium outdoor hospitality companies.
- Proven experience in building, planning, developing, and executing lodging concepts in natural settings.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent experience.
