What's the Job?
- Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls, averaging 40-60 calls per day.
- Assist customers with wire compliance inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support wire fees, check beneficiary cases, amend instructions, and address fraud complaints.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program, including shadowing experienced team members.
- Complete a final assessment to demonstrate understanding of processes before working independently.
