Job Title : Bilingual Banking Customer Service Specialist - VMO
Location : Charlotte, NC
What's the Job?
Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls, averaging 40-60 calls per day.
Assist customers with wire compliance inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Support wire fees, check beneficiary cases, amend instructions, and address fraud complaints.
Participate in a comprehensive training program, including shadowing experienced team members.
Complete a final assessment to demonstrate understanding of processes before working independently.
What's Needed?
Understanding of wire transfers and compliance within a call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in the office three days a week, with a flexible schedule.
