What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Agent - (Tuesday thru Saturday 2pm - 10:30pm) position at Experis?
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Call Center Agent to join their team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be part of the Patient Services team supporting patients, families, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in PC skills and data entry.
This position will work 100% onsite (for the first 3 months) in Baltimore, MD 21209. After the first 3 months it will switch to hybrid and require you to be onsite once a month, working remotely otherwise). The normal shift for this opening will be Tuesday - Saturday 2pm - 10 : 30pm.
For the first 90 days during training when you are required to work 100% onsite, it will be in different shifts :
1st month Tuesday -Saturday 7a-3 : 30pm
2nd month Sunday - Thursday 2-10 : 30PM
3rd Month - Normal Shift
