Our clientis seeking a Cityworks Administrator to join their team!
Job Title: Cityworks Administrator
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Schedule - 2x/week onsite)
What?s the Job?
- Interfaces with department stakeholders and Cityworks end users to define needs, communicate technology changes, and fulfillment of Cityworks requests.
- Interface with end users on existing business processes and design for new business processes that can be implemented using Cityworks.
- Designs and facilitates end user training sessions. Creates user guides and explains complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Must Haves:
- Experience with Cityworks doing the following: developing and running reports, creating and managing account permissions, application/system configuration, troubleshooting problems and facilitating solutions, cooperating with vendors, and communicating with Cityworks users.
- Creating dashboards and metrics for work order activity and other data of interest. (SQL Skills Needed here for pulling data.. SQL programming languages / Programming Development Experience is nice to have.
- Performing quality assurance activities for Cityworks, including test plan development and execution, testing, and tracking issues and solutions. Experience with the operation of Cityworks including system upgrades, server maintenance, and ensuring the system meets guidelines outlined in the Information Security Handbook. (Would prefer a technical person who knows how to troubleshoot Cityworks (server knowledge etc. & General troubleshooting skills.)
What?s Needed?
- Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Or Five (5) years of experience in business analysis, work order and asset management concepts, and information technology support.
