Pay Range : $28 - $30 per hour
What's the Job?
- Provide the first level of customer service to patients of the dental clinic, from greeting and routing patients to record maintenance and cashier duties.
- Monitor daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- Assign and review work of student and / or casual employees engaged in routine tasks.
- Schedule follow-up examinations and arrange for substitute patients as cancellations occur.
- Handle inquiries requiring additional investigation and / or specialized knowledge.
