Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support – Provide accurate and courteous responses via phone, written correspondence, web, or in person. Document inquiries properly.
- Issue Resolution – Research and resolve customer inquiries by coordinating with other departments and processing necessary adjustments.
- Feedback & Reporting – Track customer concerns and recommend process improvements to management.
- Compliance & Process Improvement – Maintain knowledge of company policies, identify process improvements, and adhere to quality work standards.
- Fraud & System Monitoring – Identify and report any suspected fraudulent activities or system errors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred)
- Experience: No prior experience required (2 years in customer service or a call centre preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry and insurance/medical office task
