Our client, a leader in data management solutions, is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst, you will be part of the data governance department supporting various analytics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Minneapolis, MN
Pay Range : $75
What's the Job?
Conduct complex data analysis, integration, and mapping.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and document data flows / process flows.
Manage data lineage, metadata, and ensure data governance compliance.
Coordinate and manage work efforts, assessing and improving current processes.
Write business requirements as JIRA stories in Agile Scrum & Kanban environments.
What's Needed?
Experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, and data governance.
Strong foundational RDBMS expertise and SQL writing experience (joins, unions, etc.).
Proven ability to perform data profiling and analytics.
Experience in data control governance and remediation of data defects / issues.
Self-starter with a strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle.
