Job Title: Engineer I - Upstream Processing Contractor
Location: Onsite - Elkton, VA 22827
Shift Hours: Day/Night 6a-6pm, 6p-6a rotating shift schedule - they will need to shift flexibility. They will be rotating between day/night shift (rotate between days and nights but not back-to-back - ex. They will workdays than off than nights than off, etc.)

Top Skills:
- Bioreactors - must have
- Micro fermentation - must have
- Must be a strong communicator
- Aseptic techniques
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (biochemistry, chemistry, biology), life sciences, Engineering
- TOP**Experience with Bio Reactor and or Micro fermentation experience.
- Any automation (delta v system) experience great asset.
- Aseptic technique experience
- Wet chemistry laboratory skills (pipetting, buffer preparation, filtration, dilution, stoichiometry)
- Proficiency with technical writing and laboratory records (laboratory notebooks, chemical inventory, data management)
