Our client in Banking Industry is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in background check processing, hires, job changes, terminations, strong MS Office, Workday and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Human Resources Administrator
Location : Downtown Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid - 2-3 days / week onsite)
What's the Job?
- Process Workday / SAP transactions and corrections.
- Assist with background check validation during peak summer season.
- Manage employee onboarding administration including pre-screening and contracts.
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed properly and entered into the system.
- Prepare and process invoices for signature and create various reports as requested.
