Our client is seeking a Linux Administrator to join their team on a full time basis in Topeka, KS.
Job Title : Linux Administrator
Location : Topeka, KS ( Onsite - 5 Days a week for 6-months, then hybrid)
Eligibility : US, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT EAD's WILLING TO BE ON OUR W2 ONLY
What you'll be doing?
- Run bio-informatics workflow to process genetics data.
- Most workflows will be containerized
- Role will entail running a couple projects on Linux servers. What's Needed?
- RedHat or any type of Linux servers.
- Experience with enterprise implementation of Linux
- Create Bash Scripts using Python and R
- Containers like Docker or Singularity, Github containerization What's in it for me?
