What's the Job?
- Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Conduct network / site visits and prepare visit reports to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure disaster recovery solutions are operational and meet business needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service by resolving support requests promptly and effectively.
