Our client, a leader in the beverage industry, is seeking a Procurement Coordinator III to join their team. As a Procurement Coordinator III, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Procurement Coordinator
Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - Remote 90% of the time)
What's the Job?
- Manage and resolve issues related to the setup and configuration of SAP systems during the onboarding process.
- Monitor the order-to-pay process to ensure supplier compliance with order confirmations and shipping.
- Interact with suppliers daily to ensure timely delivery of service parts orders.
- Identify supply risks and coordinate with secondary suppliers to mitigate disruptions.
- Assist in training suppliers on system maintenance routines and troubleshoot critical part outages.
