Our client, a leader in the creative production industry, is seeking a Production Management Specialist to join their team. As a Production Management Specialist, you will be part of the Production Management team supporting various creative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Management Specialist
Location: GRAND RAPIDS, MI
Pay Range: $43.11 per hour max
(First two weeks will be part time cross-training.Planned for 9-12 weeks for the leave coverage)
What's the Job?
- Manage project intake, overarching production schedules, and financial aspects of video, rendering, and photography projects.
- Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Oversee and negotiate production schedules, booking internal and external resources as needed.
- Provide capacity planning support for various productions, focusing on logistics and resource allocation.
- Act as the first point of contact for production requests, ensuring an excellent experience for requestors.

- In-depth understanding of production finance processes, including billing and payment processing.
- Strong experience with scheduling tools and vendor relations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with broader team goals.
