Position Overview The Production Management Specialist will oversee project intake, production schedules, and financial management for video, rendering, and photography projects within the Creative Team. This role combines operational management with financial oversight to ensure seamless production execution.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Vendor Management & Financial Operations
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Process production billing and payments
- Track Purchase Orders (POs) and PayPal transactions
- Generate required documentation (COIs, Creative Resource Agreements)
- Facilitate vendor onboarding and system access
Production Scheduling & Oversight
- Manage capacity planning for multimedia productions
- Oversee XS project scheduling and resource allocation, including:
- Podcasts
- On-white Imagery
- Headshots and Team Photos
- Event Photography
- Retouching Projects
- Stock Imagery Purchases
- Coordinate SXXL video production schedules (including RFP videos)
- Create production scenarios and resource recommendations
Workfront System Management
- Monitor new production requests
- Track approval status
- Coordinate with stakeholders
- Respond to requests within 24 business hours
- Assist requestors with submission process
- Maintain communication standards
Reporting Structure
- Primary Report: Visualization Manager

- Visualization Studio Manager
