About the Role :
As part of the Markets Program Management Team, you will be responsible for driving regulatory change initiatives, ensuring execution of deliverables across workstreams, and providing subject matter expertise. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and experience working in Capital Markets transformation.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead transformation and change management initiatives focused on regulatory compliance in Capital Markets
Collaborate with Business, Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure operational readiness
Manage cross-functional workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery and issue resolution
Partner with stakeholders to drive data governance, process improvements, and documentation
Analyze large datasets to support decision-making and regulatory reporting
Provide clear and concise presentations to senior leadership on project progress and key insights
Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues proactively
Must-Have Skills & Experience :
10 years in Project Management within Tier 1 banks
Strong regulatory change management expertise (Basel, CCAR preferred)
Experience in Capital Markets transformation and business process optimization
Ability to analyze large datasets and drive data accuracy & governance
Stakeholder management skills - articulate and persuasive communicator
PMP or relevant certifications are a strong plus
