Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep skill set in Total Rewards, Annual Bonus Processes, and Variable Long-Term Pay. You will work closely with the client’s functional counterparts to assess, develop, and implement functional solutions as the project progresses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards, Annual Bonus Processes, and Variable Long-Term Pay.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine functional solutions.
- Support the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Total Rewards functionalities.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to optimize SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards.
