As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting hiring managers across various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a keen eye for talent, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Develop and execute tactical sourcing and recruiting strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting objectives.
- Conduct or participate in strategy planning meetings, resume screening, phone interviews, consensus meetings, interview set-up, and offer process.
- Recruit candidates for designated jobs through existing databases, internet search engines, referrals, networking, direct recruiting, job boards, and social media.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data to present to hiring managers when building recruiting strategies and ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEOC requirements.
