What's the Job?
- Provide overall support in all functional areas of the Talent Acquisition department, from scheduling interviews to onboarding candidates.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, effective, and compliant staffing process.
- Coordinate interviews, arranging travel accommodations for candidates when required.
- Initiate and shepherd candidates through the hiring process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Conduct new hire orientation and monitor background check results.
