Team Culture : Individual will be collaborating with other Analysts to ensure product development meets contractual and regulatory requirements, while reducing reputational risk to the company. The business analyst and technical analyst will be part of larger Product project teams. Project teams will be fast paced with demanding stakeholders, and will require a business analyst who can collaboratively, but independently own and drive their SDLC deliverables-project scope, business requirements, test planning and execution, and defect management
Their focus will be on implementing new capabilities or product features as part of the overall Product Policy Value process.
The Analyst will be responsible for authoring user stories, creating calculation requirements, testing strategies and supporting the quality assurance team in test planning and execution / this is not a requirements eliciting position but someone who can take available information to guide others in execution.
