Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth and operational excellence across the GTM organization.
This role involves overseeing and scaling Experity's Deal Desk strategy, developing, managing, and growing cross-functional teams, and managing the roadmap, integrations, and priorities for the GTM tech stack.
The selected candidate will partner with Finance and Legal to deliver accurate bookings data and manage contract flow for customer acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, and organic growth.
Achieving operational efficiency across the GTM organization, providing visibility into performance and effectiveness of GTM efforts, and refining the flow of inbound and outbound leads from Marketing and Business Development to Sales.
The chosen individual will drive operational discipline within the Customer Success organization, create and regularly assess the GTM technology roadmap, and manage and scale processes for commission tracking, compensation planning, territory planning, and trend analysis.
Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and partners, and communicating effectively across the organization to drive results.
