About us
Expert AC and Heating Inc. has been in business since 2004. We install and service commerical and residential HVAC equipment throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, Polk, Manatee and Sarasota counties.
We are looking for an dispatcher/office assistant to support our team with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to contacting customers, scheduling appointments and daily communication with technicians while in the field. This position is primarily administrative in nature, so we are looking for someone who is experienced in working on a computer, ordering both online and on the phone from suppliers. We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about learning new skills and assisting our staff as needed. You will work closely with the office manager and the owner. Must be able to where many hats when necessary as each day brings different tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Daily scheduling of technicians
- Ensuring technicians have parts/materials needed for completion of work
- Contacting customers and setting appointments
- Obtaining part, pricing and availability from suppliers
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is turned in by technicians
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
