What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Service Dispatcher position at Expert Air Control Llc?
Expert Air Control, a local family owned HVAC company is currently looking to hire a full-time Service Dispatcher.
The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers; as well as dispatching and coordinating the schedule for our field service technicians. Dispatching experience is a MUST with HVAC dispatching experience highly preferred. This position is M - F, 8am - 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Provide TOP NOTCH service to all customers in a timely manner.
Serve as the key liaison to service technicians to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Maintain a good rapport and mutual respect with all service technicians.
Answer phones and take calls to coordinate maintenance, repairs and diagnostic appointments with customers.
Ensure all commercial and residential maintenances are performed in their contractual time frame.
Handle service warranty repairs/submittals.
Qualifications:
HVAC INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED!
3 years' of experience in customer service AND dispatching.
Familiarity of ServiceTitan software program is a huge plus!
Must be able to coordinate service schedule to ensure optimum efficiency of technician's time while still servicing as many customers as possible throughout the day.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great at multitasking and handling a high volume of calls.
- Proven track record of being on time and maintaining consistent attendance.
Salary : $20 - $28
