Expert Crane is seeking qualified candidates for "Business Development" for multiple territories. The successful candidate will accept the challenge of developing and growing their territory business portfolio through cold calls, appointments, and other networking and business development techniques. Compensation potential includes a salary plus bonuses limited only by your effort and abilities.
Skills Required:
- Must have prior experience selling overhead cranes and service.
- A desire and ability to sell to new accounts.
- Experience with CRM and ability to log daily activity and interactions.
- Highly motivated, fast-paced, self-starter.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Good customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Sales finesse for cold calling & account retention.
- Maintenance of CRM database logging to record number of calls made and new accounts.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Tracking of all quote activity to manage sold, lost and dead quote analysis.
- Knowledge of territory and customer base.
- Participate in company safety and random drug test program.
- Industrial sales background preferred.
- Social media presence along with strong PC skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
