What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Operations Specialist position at Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global)?
One of our clients, a global growth stage SaaS Startup in the digital infrastructure management space, is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to be their main point of contact for all local HR matters to their employees in the US.
The role will be a trusted advisor and close partner to the local leadership team, helping with day-to-day HR matters and managing conflict resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of the employees onsite; from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between
- Implement and maintain a program to retain top talent to support the company’s growth strategy
- Process payroll on a bi-monthly basis working alongside the finance department
- Collaborate with mid-level managers on their HC management plans and ongoing risk assessments.
- Align HR strategies with company goals and act as the “voice of the employees” as well as the “voice of the business”
- Partner with our global HR team to enhance Human Resources Information Systems
- Collaborate with managers on succession planning and employee growth
- Execute the HR annual processes such as bi-annual performance reviews, engagement surveys, salary reviews, etc.
- Plan and execute all experience events on-site
- Manage HR-related compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Manage HR-related employee benefits
Requirements:
MUSTS:
- Min 2 years of experience in HR roles in a dynamic, fast-growing start-up environment in the US
- Ability to work 3 times per week from the office
