Our client, a global leader in cloud-based ERP solutions, is seeking a VP of Sales to lead their North American sales team.


This innovative company provides Cloud ERP products to mid-market and enterprise clients across retail, manufacturing, electronics, and more industries.

With over 150 US-based customers, including brands like Ace Industrial, Ortho feet, and Teva Naot, the company is on a rapid growth trajectory.


This role is a player-coach position, where you’ll lead and develop the sales team and remain actively involved in sales—closing deals, engaging clients, and driving revenue.

You will work closely with the CRO, reporting directly to them, and playing a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a sales team, including:
  • 3 Salespeople across the US and Canada.
  • 1 Pre-Sales Director and 1 Pre-Sales Professional.
  • 2 SDRs in the US and 1 SDR in Israel.
  • Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and nurture client relationships while driving business growth.
  • Oversee and contribute to sales cycles ranging from 3 months to a year, with an average deal size of $30K–$100K.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.
  • Collaborate with the CRO to execute and refine the company’s sales strategy.

MUST Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience leading a team of at least 3–4 people.
  • Proven SaaS sales expertise as an individual contributor (IC), including prospecting, client engagement, and closing deals.
  • Hunter mentality: A self-driven, results-oriented approach to sales.
  • Experience in mid-market and enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills: Capable of inspiring and developing a growing sales team.
  • Resilience and adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment with high expectations.
