ExpertPays is a Nevada based company that assists law firms through expert and legal service work to include finding and vetting the best experts for litigation.
About the Position
The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for working active cases and processing requests from company clients. Duties include communicating with law firms, experts, and legal service providers; interdepartmental coordination on policy and procedure; and communication with the Chief Operating Officer regarding contract questions and other legal inquiries that arises on specific files. Client Experience Specialists may be the primary point of contact for their assigned firms and coordinate with the Director of Client Experience on any issues that arise with specific firms or in specific cases.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Client Experience :
- Effectively utilize company reporting, including but not limited to the receivables report, to ascertain the status of active files.
- Communicate with firms to gather case information and service request details as required under company policy for submission, gathering information, and underwriting.
- Coordinate with Director of Client Experience regarding firm meetings.
- Coordinate with Expert Services regarding expert requests on active files, including data management of expert profiles, expert availability, conflict checks, and introductory calls with firms.
- Maintain current and active firm and attorney information in the portal.
- Coordinate with the Director of Client Experience on preparation, revision, and execution of DPAs and OTPAs in active files.
- Work in conjunction with firms, experts, and service providers to ensure expert services are provided in a timely manner.
- Assist the Director of Client Experience with quality control of completed expert services.
- Collect and organize information and documents for payment of expert services, or as otherwise requested by a firm or senior management.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. This position offers full-time benefits inclusive of medical / dental / vision insurance.
