Position Summary
Perpetual Health seeks a dynamic, engaging, and highly organized Client Experience Specialist and Administrative Assistant to elevate our client interactions, enhance clinic operations, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate is not just welcoming and polished, but also skilled at nurturing leads, promoting skincare products and service packages, and adept at administrative tasks that keep our boutique clinic running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional, warm, and professional client experiences in person, via phone, email, and other communication channels.
· Efficiently manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and follow up proactively with existing and prospective clients.
· Actively engage with clients to educate them about Perpetual Health’s offerings, confidently upselling skincare products, treatments, and customized packages.
· Nurture leads through thoughtful communication, building relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
· Ensure smooth daily operations by accurately managing client records, coordinating schedules, and supporting clinical and administrative teams.
· Handle various administrative tasks including data entry, inventory management, ordering supplies, managing emails, and other office duties as needed.
· Maintain a pristine and welcoming reception environment reflective of Perpetual Health’s elevated brand.
· Assist with all other duties as needed and required by the clinic leader.
Qualifications
· Prior experience in an upscale medical aesthetics, skincare, hospitality, or high-end customer service environment preferred.
· Proven ability to sell, nurture leads and communicate effectively to meet and exceed client expectations.
· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and approachable demeanor as well as an ability to handle confrontation with grace.
· Proficiency in standard office software and client management systems.
· Ability to thrive independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, client-focused setting.
