Salary : $50,000 - $60,000

ExpertPays is a Nevada based company that assists law firms through expert and legal service work to include finding and vetting the best experts for litigation.

About the Position

The Submissions and Intake Specialist is responsible for entering new case submissions, requests for experts, and requests from our law firm clients for additional legal service work. Duties include communicating with law firms and legal service providers; relaying important information to and coordinating with the Chief Operating Officer; completing special projects assigned from the Chief Operating Officer and servicing department; and reporting to department leaders and upper management.

This position may be the first point of contact for internal and external parties for the department, which impacts customer service and communication elements of their job duties.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Data Entry :

Enter personal and company details, documents, and information from law firms, attorneys, expert witnesses, and legal service providers.
Enter details, documents, and information about legal cases.
Scan through information to identify pertinent information.
Organize information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
Enter and update information into relevant databases.
Inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Client Experience :

Intake new and supplemental requests from firms via telephone, videoconference, email, and through the Companys database.

Review new and supplemental requests from firms.

Communicate with firms to gather case details, service request details, documents, and information.

Collect and organize case and service request details, documents, and information for transmission to other departments, including the underwriting and legal department.

Maintain current and accurate case, firm, and expert information in database.

Collect and organize information and documents for accounting or related departments for payments for services.

Client Success :

Ability to develop a positive customer experience and foster relationships.

Work alongside upper management to promote retention of customers and overall positive experience.

Stay well-versed in technical offerings of the company.

Offer insight and tips to firms, experts, and service providers on how to use features and troubleshoot company online portal.

Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating company programs or software.

Ability to sale and promote the value of company services.

Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company.

Maintain a detailed understanding of services and assist customers with questions and suggest services for their needs.

Candidate Requirements

High school diploma required, bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred.

At least three (3) years of related experience preferred.

At least three (3) years of sales experience

At least three (3) years of experience in a legal office setting

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Location : Las Vegas, NV in office position

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. This position offers full-time benefits inclusive of medical / dental / vision insurance.
