Currently seeking an Office Clerk .
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently and the ability to multi-task is very important.
- Support the Office Manager and General Manager in updating customer requests and changes.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintains database of customer requests and invoices.
- Provides support on special projects using Microsoft Office.
- Data entry, customer order adjustments and daily filing.
- Performs other clerical duties as assigned and as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Entry level
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Friendly/outgoing personality
- Fast-paced multi-tasker – gets the job done right and on time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
