As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and manage our door-to-door canvassing team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy, lead generation, and canvassing operations. This in-person, Monday–Friday role is ideal for a creative and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build brand awareness, and can lead a team to hit growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, print, and local platforms.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta platforms, local publications).
Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
Coordinate with vendors for print and promotional materials.
Manage website content updates and SEO initiatives.
Analyze marketing KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports.
Plan and manage marketing budgets and ROI tracking.
Canvassing Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise canvassing team members.
Build effective routes and strategies for lead generation through door-to-door canvassing.
Monitor team performance, set goals, and conduct regular check-ins.
Coordinate canvassing activities with sales and operations teams.
Track and report on lead conversion rates and canvassing ROI.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the home services or construction industry.
Proven success in both digital and traditional marketing.
Experience managing or training a team—canvassing or sales team experience is a plus.
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Able to work in-person Monday–Friday in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
