Expert Staffing West is seeking an experienced Bindery Stitcher Operator for an industry leading printing manufacturer in the city of Carlsbad, California.
***Muller Martini Bravo Plus T. Fourth / Fifth Knife***
Qualifications:
- Experiences in setup and running daily.
- Additional Bindery skills a plus to include folding Stahl and MBO.
- Cutting on programmable Polar and Sabor machines.
- If the Stitching line isn’t running, you will be assigned other duties to operate equipment with learning opportunities for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Primary role to setup/run Muller Martini Bravo Plus T. Fourth / Fifth Knife operation.
- Mechanical knowledge with ability to maintain the equipment as part of our internal maintenance.
- Awareness and aptitude to understand equipment and assess product throughput.
- The ability to make critical schedule suggestions and adjustments real time.
- Taking initiative to make qualified suggestions within different processes / workflows to meet the overall project deadlines. Work well with others as part of a team environment.
