We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Dispatcher to join our team.
PAY: $19.00 - $19.50
Key Responsibilities:
1. Parking lot check-ins of incoming product.
2.Answer incoming calls and emails from customers requesting service.
3. Enter customer information and service requests into the dispatch system accurately.
4. Dispatch technicians to service calls and provide them with necessary information.
5. Monitor technician schedules and make adjustments as needed.
6. Keep detailed records of all service calls and technician activities.
7. Communicate with customers to provide updates on service calls and schedule changes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or dispatcher preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems.
Salary : $19 - $20
