Expert Staffing is seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to oversee our client’s Powder Coating Department. This is a temp to hire position that will offer years of growth and stability.
Schedule: 6:00am-2:00pm (Monday-Friday) (overtime when necessary)
Rate:$25.00-$30.00/Hr
Powder Coat Department Supervisor Job Duties:
- Provide guidance and instruction to the Powder Coating Department
- Supervise group of 5-7 employees
- Ensure that production targets are met within the specified time frame
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any performance issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Powder Coat Department Supervisor Requirements:
- Previous Powder Coating Experience required
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Self starter
- Works well independently and with a team
- Excellent communication skills
