MUST HAVES:
- This team does horizontal support for cloud-based tools for data analytics
- Asked to handle new end user facing things
- They do not have the knowledge needed for these roles – lack expertise in Snowflake and data bricks
- They need a translator that can spend a lot of their time with the IT teams – so they know what is going on, what are they learning, what friction points, etc.
- Need a worker who is fluent in Databricks OR Snowflake and can translate needs to the teams creating enterprise-facing documentation and training plans.
- The worker will report to the team creating the content but will spend much of their time embedded with the platform and enablement teams to understand Humana's implementation well enough to translate it to prospective users.
- Some experience navigating big companies is important
- Mid to Sr Level experience – handful of years being in that liaison role
Role 2
Business Analyst w WFM and NICE
6 Months
Hybrid in San Antonio (TX candidates ok but MUST relocate)
MUST HAVE:
Nice Exp (REQUIRED)
- Top Skills & Experience:
- Intermediate knowledge of Tableau (2 years).
- Advanced Excel expertise (2 years).
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results (2 years).
- Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with tools like JIRA/Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC processes.
Role 3
Business/Data Analyst
6 Months
REMOTE (Must live in TX, GA, ID, OR, SC, WA)
MUST HAVES:
- Business Requirements: Gathering and documentation
- Data Requirements: Gathering and documentation
- Source to target mapping – process and documentation
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience
- Fundamental knowledge of Data Modeling and Design
- Fundamentals of Data Architecture - Data Warehouse and Data Lakes
- Experience working with agile teams in a matrix org
- Preferred: Experience with Snowflake in any capacity (user, developer, config, etc.)
