Position Description :
This position works independently to research, analyze, and validate documents and payments that require a more detailed review.
This position will consult a procedural manual for direction.
You will be working in multiple systems to acquire information or correct inaccurate material and will be performing mathematical calculations, cross-referencing, and researching of system and taxpayer errors.
This position is production and quality-based and is driven by deadlines that are expected to be met.
Onboarding forms need to be completed by (ONLY) selected candidates within 48 hours of selection.
Skills Required :
Knowledge of : Banking credits and debits. Computer skills : Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suites.
Skill in : Analyzing and evaluating claims. Critical thinking. Collaborative & independent problem-solving. Multitasking and attention to detail. Interpersonal relationships.
Ability to : Handle changing priorities to meet required deadlines. Perform mathematical computations. Analyze data and make decisions. Perform tasks with precision and speed.

Experience Required :
Working in a production-based environment with high accuracy and deadlines.
Intermediate computer skills - Google Suites and Microsoft Office.
Working in an office setting - individually and collaboratively.
