Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, training, and development.
- Assist in affirmative action planning and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct interviews and support HR sourcing efforts to attract top talent.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Utilize HR software systems such as Paylocity for efficient data management and reporting.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Support performance management processes by providing guidance to managers on evaluation techniques.
- Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR generalist role or similar position.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using HR software systems such as Paylocity is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of employee relations practices and affirmative action planning is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
