The caregiver will play a key role in helping the child build coping skills and promoting positive behavior in a structured routine.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and help manage anxiety-related behaviors
- Assist with daily activities such as homework compliance, meal preparation, and recreational activities
- Encourage positive behavior and develop coping strategies for managing ADHD and anxiety
- Help the child stay on a structured routine during after-school hours
- Provide a safe, calm, and supportive environment
- Communicate with the family to ensure continuity of care and progress
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with ADHD and anxiety is preferred but not required
- Patience, understanding, and ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy
