Job Type : Contract Location : East Peoria, Illinois Pay : Great Pay! Job Description What you will be doing :
Be part of the Facility Maintenance Engineering team.
Handle day-to-day facilities and maintenance engineering functions.
Manage new Capital Introduction (NCI) – which includes commissioning new assets and decommissioning old assets.
Work with various facility maintenance engineering assets such as chillers, compressors, water treatment, HVAC, facility sprinkler systems, power distribution, and structural, electrical, and mechanical design.
Support the Facility Engineering Maintenance Project Engineer in executing NCI requirement tasks, including area preparation, demolition, utilities, and infrastructure design and review, asset installation, and collaborating with suppliers and functional groups to put assets into service.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as part of a Facility Maintenance engineering team with day-to-day facility maintenance support experience.
Direct experience with new capital projects to install or remove facility maintenance equipment such as chillers, compressors, water treatment systems, HVAC, facility sprinkler systems, and power distribution.
Proficiency in Microsoft O365, Project Management, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and new capital introduction / new asset installation.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a huge plus.
